The Importance of Having a Blog
You can blog about anything. You can read blogs about anything. There are many blogs out there explaining how to start one and to help if you are not sure what to write about.
In advertising, public relations, and marketing, the importance of having a personal blog is really up to your target market. The audience is truly important because why else would you write a blog? Not just because you feel like sharing your ideas and thoughts but because your voice is important. The target market will take the time to relate, take the time to read, and then to spark a thought of their own.
Here are a few tips to never run out of blog post:
1. Promote others - build up and encourage other bloggers.
2. Share your knowledge - Freely share ideas that can help inspiration for future blog posts and strategies.
3. Try something new - Never get completely comfortable with doing things the way you’ve always done them.

Expressing ones view on specific issues or topics is important to everyone and one of the major ways that people interact and get to know each other. For businesses, it can help better explain their purpose, or just make them more familiar and friendly to people.
A company blog is important to share information with their target market as well, introduce a new product or service, and to connect with their target audience in a way that an advertisement can’t. Ads are shown so often and blogs are a way to advertise with more words and photos.
Through blogs, companies can directly communicate their own values and ideas to the masses and establish a greater connection. Those with curiosity in your blogs generally share the same interests and seeing a blog with opinions that similarly fit theirs can only strengthen the bond between business and consumer.
