Q: Do you charge for your services?
A: We do typically charge for our services, but the decision to charge depends on both the client as well as the type and amount of work requested. Please email gv.grandpr@gmail.com for more information.

Q: When is GrandPR in session?
A: GrandPR is in session throughout GVSU's academic calendar (September - April). If you need additional assistance over the summer, we have a number of contacts and resources if you are interested in an individual's help to work as an intern during that time. 

Q: Where is your office?
A: We do not currently have an office of our own. If you would like to meet with us, we would be happy to meet you at your office, somewhere on campus, or a different location that works well for you. If you would like to contact us via mail, our address can be found on our connect page

Q: Who would I be working with as a client?
A: GrandPR's staff is divided into various teams that consist of multiple account associates and one account executive. As a client, one team would be assigned to your account. After the terms of our services have been agreed upon, your main contact would be the account executive responsible for your account.
