About GVPRSSA

Grand Valley State University’s chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America (GVPRSSA) was founded in 1977 and we grow each year in numbers and knowledge. The Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA) has more than 7,000 students and advisors from over 300 chapters. It is recognized as the most prestigious public relations organization for students in the country.

At GVPRSSA, we focus on preparing students for their future careers in the public relations and communications industry. As a pre-professional organization, we enrich our members’ experiences through speakers, workshops, agency tours, PRSSA national trips, and our student-run integrated communications firm, GrandPR.
