Nepherterra ‘Neph’ Estrada Best is a seasoned entrepreneur and public relations professional who is passionate about building authentic brands and getting results for her firms’ clients. During her 17-year PR career, she has successfully managed public relations campaigns in more than 25 industries including financial services, health care, retail, real estate, and government. Leadership is in her DNA. Her passion is contagious. Her energy is infectious. Best earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte and received a MicroMasters Certificate in Strategic Innovation. She is currently pursuing her Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) designation from the Public Relations Society of America.
